1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
Products marked as non-returnable or hygiene-sensitive (e.g., catheters, stents, syringes)
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and proof of the damage or defect.
We will replace the product at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
