- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

- For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied during checkout.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed before final payment.
📍 Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to track your shipment status.

⚠️ Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns
- Remote delivery locations
- Courier service delays
In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and ensure the fastest possible delivery.
🧾 Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
❌ Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated delivery attempts failed
- Refusal to accept delivery
We will contact you for re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.
